Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
• Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging.
• Accessories & free/promotional items are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate Returns
• Log into the Return Dashboard with your order email/phone.
• Select the eligible order & products to start the return/exchange process.
3. Return Charges & Refund
• Nominal handling charge of ₹150 for return processing.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Prepaid orders: Refund issued to original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
• COD orders: Payment link sent after inspection to claim refund.
4. Exchange Timelines
• Pick-up within 1–2 days of request; exchange delivery within 10–12 days from pick-up.
5. Damaged/Incorrect Items
• In case of damaged or incorrect delivery, contact support with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
